Just thought I’d mention a couple of web resources that are most entertaining – and in many ways are a positive impetus to write this blog.
The first is Sniff Petrol. Authored by Top Gear’s script editor Richard Porter, the site takes a satirical look at the world of motorsports and motoring. Is most definitely worth a look. Please be warned though, there if often use of curse words – which i find extremely funny. Just don’t complain to me if these things bother you!
From there you can link to the website of TV Presenter and motorsports/motoring nut Gareth Jones. Gareth, together with Richard Porter and the exotically nicknamed “Zog”, create Gareth Jones on Speed. This is a free podcast for those who are into cars and motorsports, with a liking for banter and likes the geekier aspects of the world of motoring. Put simply, if you are reading this and can stomach it, you’ll love it!
